From manual carefully, read the settings: Normally In India, we have 3 types of wash setting: Normal, Medium and Strong. For standard loads go for normal wash. Suppose you are washing delicate clothes or baby clothes go for gentle setting. When you are washing really greasy loads, choose strong setting only. To protect your clothes or machine not get damaged, it is important to use right setting as per requirements.

Do not Overload: Do not overload by putting too much clothes in your washing machine. Overloading puts more pressure on motors and over-heating. When it overload, it will not spin at all. If you would like wash your clothes in heavy load, set the machine at heavy load wash option. Using large amount of water and clothes will make your clothes clean and spotless. We suggest that don't go for heavy loads it requires more water as well as it puts more pressure on machine motor.

Look for rust and remove it: Due to rust, sometimes you may seen that the clothes coming out from your washing machine have reddish orange spots. Look for the rusted spots in your tub or dispenser. Rusted Spots can be removed easily by adding 2-cups of lemon juice and in hot water run the machine for one wash cycle. If this tip will not work, then replace your tub- may be rust is in the water pipes. So the water you are using for washing gets rust particles from the pipes. So don't forgot to check your water pipes.

Take care of your Dryer: If you are having a automatic machine than there will be a built in dryer. For every cycle, remove the lint from the dryer. The lint can restrict the air flow and clog the filter, which can lead to over-heating of the dryer. This over-heating process can shrink your delicate clothes.
