online Refrigerator Thermostat and replace your Appliances Parts and Accessories. Basically, There are two types of temperature
controls that can be used in commercial refrigerator:
2.
Low Pressure Control (Air Sensing Refrigeration Thermostat)
Let's
start with Temperature Thermostatic Type Controls. An air-sensing
thermostat type, senses the air temperature. The control sensor
tube is mounted in evaporator housing. The evaporator coil sensing
type is located inside the unit, usually at the top where the
refrigerator fan motor is secured. The thermostatic has a straight
capillary or sensor inside the refrigerator. The capillary tube is
mounted on the outside of the evaporator coil and pushed into the
tube, that is mounted front of the evaporator.
An
Evaporator Coil Sensing Thermostat: Coil capillary tube attached
to the evaporator sensing thermostat. The coiled tube end and
evaporate sensing capillary push into a hole that is in the
evaporator. It senses the temperature of the evaporator coil rather
than air temperature.
These
to temperature controls are not interchange. Suppose you put an
air-sensing thermostat control in place of evaporation sensing
control, then the evaporator unit will shut down permanently, this
causing the temperature to rise. Suppose, instead of air-sensing
control if you put an evaporation sensing control, then unit will
continue to run, this causing the evaporator to freeze up. When this
happen there will be little airflow that causes temperature to rise.
